Richard Fausnacht, Assistant After a 20 year career as a Chef in the Food & Beverage industry Richard is beginning a new one. Richard served in the US Navy and went on to receive his BA in Foodservice Management at Johnson & Wales University. As a Chef his culinary skills led him to places such as the Copley Plaza Hotel in Boston,MA, Colleton River Plantation in Hilton Head, SC and most recently Lagos and The Camp in Meredith, NH.
